Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days

  • International Delivery: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping provider and your location.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at abayastore.connect@gmail.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain the packaging and take photos of the damage for reference.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to certain shipping restrictions, some items may not be available for shipping to all regions. If an item is restricted, we will notify you before processing your order.
